Renat
Owner & Licensed General Contractor
With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, Renat brings a builder’s perspective to every project. He began his career working in the trades, building homes and completing remodels from the ground up. That experience gave him a practical understanding of the entire construction process — not just how to manage a project, but how every part of it should actually be built.
As a licensed California General Contractor, Renat has completed more than 70 residential projects, with experience spanning kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, structural alterations, additions, ADUs, and high-end residential renovations.
Today, Renat combines hands-on construction knowledge with project management, design, and business leadership. His strengths are organization, attention to detail, clear communication, realistic scheduling, and finding practical solutions when unexpected challenges arise. He believes there is rarely a single solution that fits every homeowner. Every client has different priorities, and his role is to understand what matters most to them, help identify the right approach, and turn that vision into a well-built home.
Outside of construction, Renat enjoys traveling with his wife and son, hiking, exploring food and exhibitions, and spending time with animals. He also supports animal rescue organizations and has personally fostered shelter animals in need of temporary homes.
Denis
Project Manager
Denis is the creator and project manager of Pro Rock Construction. He is 44, with 20 years in construction. His path started at 24 as a project manager for glass and aluminum facades. He has received awards for curtain-wall glass systems with lighting, doors, and glass entrance areas on the 72-story Brooklyn Point tower in New York.
In residential construction he has extensive experience remodeling homes. An engineering background helps him find the right solutions during reconstruction. He likes non-standard problems. As a perfectionist, he demands and checks a high standard at every stage.
Electrical, plumbing, framing, foundation issues, and more — Denis finds solutions to complex problems that save clients a great deal of money.
Away from work he is raising three daughters and tuning his Harley.
